SoulBoy allnighter in Stoke

Soulboy

We've mentioned the movie so many times in the past, it seems pointless running through all the details again. So let's just say Soulboy is a movie about the original northern soul scene and it's on general release in the UK from September 1st. But if you want to see it before then, check out the SoulBoy allnighter in Stoke.

Taking place on Saturday 21st August at the Kings Hall in Stoke (where the club scenes in the film were recorded), the allnighter will have a preview screening of Soulboy, followed by 10 hours of tunes from original Wigan Casino DJs Russ Winstanley, Kev Roberts and Dave Evison plus Keb Darge, Jo Wallace, Eddie Piller and (bizarrely) Huey Morgan of the Fun Lovin' Criminals.

The whole thing runs from 7pm to 7am, with tickets selling for £20.

Hi all,

Just to let you know that the UK release of SoulBoy is now the 3rd September - apologies to all, but you'll only have to wait a couple more days! The soundtrack is due for release on the 30th August so make sure to check that out too!

As always, please check out www.soulboythefilm.com for more details
