David Bowie debut gets vinyl reissue

Bowie

You might recall a couple of months back I reviewed the double CD reissue of David Bowie's debut 1967 album. Well, next week, it hits vinyl.

Details are a little scarce in terms of presentation, but according to what I've found out, Decca is reissuing it as a double vinyl 'box set', with both slabs of vinyl (stereo and mono) having been remastered by Peter Mew and Tris Penna at Abbey Road Studios.

You can see the full tracklisting over the page, with a price of £34.99 being quoted. For that, I can only assume its a weighty, audiophile-friendly vinyl reissue. You can find out when it lands next Monday.
