Mod Top 100

Randy We used to have this as part of our interview with Eddie Piller, but it was accidentally deleted. So I've now added the Mod Top 100 back onto the site as a separate article.

For this who don't know, it was originally compiled by 60s mod Randy Cozens, who, after writing letters to the music press encouraging '79 mods to check their musical heritage, compiled the list of classic mod soul for Sounds in August 1979.

Although tastes have changed over the years, the list still stands up and is still a great starting point for anyone looking for a start in collecting mod-friendly soul tunes. Check out the article to find out more.
