Smokey Robinson at Electric Proms

Chances are that the full line-up will be pretty grim, but at least you can hear some classic soul at the Electric Proms, you can check out Smokey Robinson at the Roundhouse.

Robinson is along to celebrate 50 years of Motown and will be joined by the BBC Concert Orchestra for 'new arrangements' of his classic hits. Make of that as you will.

The date is 24th October and tickets are available now, for what seems like a reasonable £25.
