Spring Bank Holiday scooter rideouts
The Saturday of the Spring Bank Holiday next month (May 23rd) presents two opportunities to go for a scooter rideout on the south-coast and in London.
First up is the Help For Heroes charity ride from Bovington in Dorset to Brighton in Sussex. Organised primarily by the Armed Forces Scooter Club, it's purpose is to raise money for veterans of armed conflict. There are several meet up points along the way if you don't fancy taking part in the whole journey.

Secondly there is the Buckingham Palace Scooter Run, organised by the Bar Italia SC and the New Untouchables. This resurrection of an old run will start in Carnaby Street, ride down to Buckingham Palace, and finish up in Camden. It kicks off at noon, and afterwards at Bar Undersolo on Inverness Street there will be live music at the Midnight To Six Club from Vinny Vinny and Thee Landells (entry is free to this last bit).
