Saturday Night Out (1964) reviewed

Saturday3

After being flagged up on the forums, I tracked down an advanced copy of Saturday Night Out on DVD ahead of release - and a review of the DVD is now online at Cinedelica.

Essentially it's an early 60s b-movie, albeit a cut above the majority of such films, focusing on a group of sailors who get shore leave in London - looking at the paths each one takes, from a big night out watching a band in a pub, through to a night up the west end in a sleazy bar (and much more in-between).

The movie is out in a couple of weeks, selling for just £7, but if you want the lowdown ahead of that, check out the full review via the link below.
