Custom wooden Vespa built

A carpenter scooter-enthusiast from Portugal has built himself a wooden-framed Vespa.

Carlos Alberto has called this hand-made version the Vespa Daniela, and yes it really does run. Whether this is a one-off design or whether Alberto is willing to make these commercially is unclear from his website.
