Would recommend The Yardbirds as a top 60's band loved them and think their early RnB sound gets overlooked. Check out tracks such as "I Wish you Would"(first single)for a very hard R n B sound. Also "You're a Better Man Than I" is worth a listen too. Very underrated band

Scooter Boy Al and I are still buzzed after Monday night's Special's gig in Brixton. I danced all nite in the walkway at the back of the circle. I waited 30 years, but it was well worth the wait. Total SKA 79 style!
We've got tickets for Booker T at the Shepherd's Bush Hall on 30th July. Let's have a London scooter ride-out to Booker T on the evening of 30th July. All Mods present and counted. Be there!

i bought the lml 125 delux on april 7 this year and only done 240 miles on it so far it has been back in the garage 3 times - it goes ok for about 15 miles and then starts spluttering - the first time it also wouldn't start - the garage replaced the sparkplug and have also now changed the filter - the mechanic took it out for 17 miles and said it was now ok and that i should ride it on reserve, as they thought that the manual was wrong- i did 14 miles and it started spluttering again - back to the garage again but it has been the bank holiday weekend so i don't know what the problem is - scooter slow in 1st & 2nd. Only bought this as i haven;e ridden one for 33 years and vever passed my test and i am no mechanicall y inclined. anybody else had similar problems with the lml so i can teel my garage (scootercraz y in huddersfiel d)
