The autumn lines of our favourite evergreen brand Fred Perry is now available to buy online.

For their autumn collection Fred Perry have 'updated the attitude and styling...of the mid-60s guitar bands, and the post punk scene of the early 1980s'. They elaborate on this by saying of the mens range

The black and white checks of the early-80s Two Tone scene is a key influence...Slim ties are paired with micro-check shirts and a reversible Prince Of Wales check Harrington. The Sixties mod classic, a high v-neck merino wool sweater, has been updated with the addition of orange tipping on the front waistband and rear collar...A tonal grey and black, slim, flat-front trouser looks ultra-neat with a tiny-collared gingham shirt, as does a similarly cut pair in a two-tone tonic fabric.

The women's range also features the Prince Of Wales check Harrington, 'with a puff sleeve and rouching at the back'. Also of interest is a 'black double-breasted pea coat in melton wool softened with a fuchsia lining'.
