Personally i'd substitute Marianne Faithfull for Patti Boyd. Scandinavia isn't represented so there's an argument for Ursula Andress or Anita Ekberg, and they seem to have reflected contemporary ideals of beauty in terms of body types. There's room for a more fulsome kind of woman such as Andress, Ekberg or Sophia Loren.
